built as a bed and breakfast and operated successfully
as one until we bought it in 2001. However, the layout
is versatile enough to be used as a family home with
plenty of room for all members of the family to find
their own privacy.

on the first floor, with space in two of the rooms for
an extra bed, bunks or cots for smaller children. The
down stairs is separated off so that guests have access
at the front of the house, to a large comfortable lounge
and ample space in the dining room for a full house at
breakfast. The back of the house provides superb accommodation
for the owners and the Large kitchen with its granite
work tops, AGA and adjoining utility room, ensure that
the guests have all their needs catered for and the owners
can enjoy a very comfortable life away from the guests.
It's location (on the A35) makes Lulworth House ideal
for a B & B as it is easy to find and has potential to
attract a great deal of passing trade
